It's informative and reiterates what you already know (but seemed to have forgotten). It's very helpful for those who doesn't know it already. Making your bed first thing in the morning has always been what I was taught by my parents but sometimes you're "too busy" to implement it. This is really great to remind me that you can't be too busy for a 'simple' yet very important ritual.
